The website is outdated and has not been updated since 2019. The Lab website plays a crucial role in informing potential co-op interns about the culture and the co-op life at TD Lab.
The website revamp is a design improvement project of the current TD Lab website which another designer and I worked on this project for several months during our co-op term at TD Lab. The project aims to increase brand reputation, awareness and improve user experience.
Problem Solving
Students who look to learn about the TD Lab have difficulty understanding what the TD Lab is and what they do and have to reach out to their network and friends to get more information because they are limited and don’t give solid insight into the lab.
Problem:
Create an easy-to-use and efficient platform that shares the Lab’s story to increase brand reputation, awareness and users confidence about choosing TD for their next adventure.
Goal:
User Pain Points
1.Lacks a human aspect
2. The navigation on the experiments page is confusing, especially the project's filter.
